Peggy and I are always trying to learn more. The other day we became a THDA Certified Real Estate Agent. This means that we attended class to learn about the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. We look at time spent in a classroom as an investment. Our ultimate goal is to provide better service to our clients.
THDA's goal is to provide housing assistance to those in need, and to do so by offering a variety of programs to serve various types of need. One of the primary ways they assist people is by offering mortgages for first-time homebuyers, at below conventional market interest rates.
