These pictures are examples of pictures that were used to try and sell a home. Would you buy them based upon these pictures. Before you list your home, you should ask your REALTOR to see some of their listings. If you see something like one of these pictures, you should call us instead.
It is also not unusual to only see a front view picture of the home, even though we are allowed many more pictures on the MLS system.
I am very picky about pictures because I know that in our market many potential customers may be looking at your home on the internet from Georgia, California, or even Iraq.
So if you want good pictures on your listing, call me. I will come running out and show you my Canon digital camera with wide angle lends and external flash.
